The Federal Arms and Defense Organisation operates similarly to a military alliance, by coordinating the Defense Forces of the Republics, providing a Joint High Command and maintaining a common infrastructure for the purposes of training and defense. It also acts as coordinative focal point for arms purchasing and development.
